Providing affordable set-menu for lunch, paired with finest rose wine from the resort’s expansive and exclusive wine list, Rose Lunch offers the chance for staying guest and non-residents alike around the area to come and savor the delightful course-meal with laid-back ambience and panoramic views of the iconic three-tiered swimming pool overlooking the pristine Seminyak beach.
Created by the resort’s Michelin starred Executive Chef, Stephane Gortina himself, guest of the Rose Lunch can choose from a three-course or two-course menu with the option to pair with glass of rosé wine. Starters include Salmon gravalax with saffron and herb potatoes or Caponata poached egg with a balsamic dressing, followed by a fresh Catch of the day or Organic chick leg fricassee as the main courses. Desserts include Pina colada cup with coconut or Mango cup with banana and passion fruit.
