Who doesn’t love a weekend brunch to start the day? Sundays are about eating well and celebrating with friends. Raffles Bali has the world-famous brunch that will satisfy your cravings with delicious Indonesian cuisine, creative cocktails and the finest Champagne. It is said that the origin of the brunch – a combination of breakfast and lunch – lies with the British upper class. Around 1800, families would give their servants Sundays off, so they would set up a buffet with breakfast and lunch dishes so the family would have enough to eat on their day off. But now, you don’t need to fly far for a fantastic Sunday Brunch.

Bringing you unique and sophisticated selection of lavish Chef’s Creations from Tuna Poke to Grilled Tokusen wagyu, authentic Indonesia archipelago’s favourites, and a gourmet selection of artisan kinds of pasta, artisanal cheeses, plated degustation desserts, pass around and amuse-bouche, Rumari at The Raffles Bali is open for Sunday Brunch from 12 – 4 PM.

We love their Yellowfin tuna poke, sunria farm rainforest rice, cucumber, ginger and seaweed and the Pan-seared Maluku scallop, rujak style, exotic fruits salad, tamarind dressing. Not to forget, their wine and cheese pairing with choices of Klungkung Pasti Enak farm, Pepper jack, Swiss cheese, Taleggio cheese, Matahari cheese. You can choose your favourite cocktails to Rose to pair up with your choices of the dish.

If you want to enjoy one of the best Sunday Brunches on the island whilst the jazzy band is playing on the background, please contact Rumari.
