Chef Heru of Seasalt and Chef Joel of SI JIN teams up to prepare the enticing menus
After almost two months since resuming from their brief ‘hiatus’ Seasalt welcomes their guest once again in an euphoric ‘Land and Sea’ dining experience. Bringing the best creations of both world’s resources into a set of enticing dishes. Alila Seminyak’s flagship beachside restaurant is teaming up with another prestigious restaurant, Si Jin Seminyak, to bring the vibrant ambience back to the tourism area after months-long pandemic situation. Chef Vivian and Chef Heru of Seasalt and Chef Joel Lim Si Jin of SI JIN collaborate to provide the guest with extraordinary dining experience, accompanied by selections of wonderful signature cocktail crafted by Seasalt’s very own talented Head Mixologist, Ayip Dzuhri.
Held on Saturday, October 17th 2020, SI JIN brought a special fine Korean-inspired set menu made from prime cut meats, tailored exclusively for the magnificent occasion by Chef Si Jin himself. The lucky attending guests may also choose to order Seasalt’s locally sourced ala carte seafood dishes as an option. The Land and Sea event Set Menus begin with ‘Welcome to SI JIN’ Amuse Bouche, then followed by Uni Yukhoe Korean raw meat dishes. Next comes the first main menu in form of New Style Wagyu Sashimi; immediately followed by Wagyu Katsu Ando, Galbi, California Purebred 9+, Jjapa Guri, Seolleongtang. and closed with a trio of classy desserts; Dwaeji Bar, SujeongGwa and 80% Cacao chocolate. The sumptuous meal was accompanied by two signature Brugal-based cocktails, respectably named “Land” and “Sea”.
