Proudly presenting one of the most extensively exquisite handpicked meats from all around the world, the restaurant introduces an impassable journey of discovery and meat-based cuisine appreciation.

Established itself to be a meat-eater paradise, SI JIN ingredients are sourced from conventional to the most exclusive and rarest cuts which covers all spectrum of flavor and texture. Highlighting ‘sharing’ concept in their scrumptious menus, SI JIN carries selections of Dry-Aged meat; from 30 to 200 days period and also Premium Wet-Aged meats, all prepared in-house and fresh on smokeless grills at every tables, paired with delectable starters and sharing plates, created by the incorporation of Korean and Japanese techniques, with wholesome ingredients sourced locally on the island.


Catering their dinner service starting from 5.30 pm every day, guests can get a taste of SI JIN’s finest menus; including 30 Aged Picanha 9+, 45 Aged Hokkaido “Snow” Series to 60 Aged Andong Soju Bone-Ribeye 7+, served with eight different selections of homemade salts. Yum! But the extensive selections didn’t stop there, obviously; there are also the aforementioned Wet-Aged Signature Cha-Dol Bagi 9+, Misuji 9+ and Tochigi Sirloin. Begin your dining journey with appetizing starters, namely Pomme Puree, Dolsot Stonepot or Mt. Fuji Spinach. Complement your pleasant meal with classic or signature cocktails from SI JIN’s sophisticated bar; with cool names such as Ticket to Seoul, Oba Negroni to Japanese Citrus Hi-ball.


Lead by Chef Joel Lim Si Jin (hence the restaurant name), A South-Korean cook who has a specific passion for meat since his young age, SI JIN treats each of their meat ingredients with utmost respect. “It’s all started with my curiosity for meat when I began my culinary career” explains Chef Si Jin. “I basically treat my meat as if it is my religion –meaning with utmost respect, as if it is the thing that gives me purpose and meaning”. Chef Joel developed his skills under the world-acclaimed Chef Wolfgang Puck in the Michelin-Star CUT Restaurant, Singapore, before leading an opening team for Akira Back’s restaurant in Singapore, Dubai and Jakarta.

By treating the ingredients with utmost respect in their purest forms, SI JIN’s impeccable culinary team now strives to deliver quality dishes and impressionable dining experience.
