While we wait for one of Nusa Dua’s and Bali’s latest offering in high end hospitality, the Kimpton Naranta, the resort prepares for their coming with the launch of Maya’s Van. As an extension of Kimpton Naranta’s upcoming signature dining, Maya’s Pantry, the food truck will move across Bali to select locations – filled with mouth-watering easy to go bites and drinks that are perfect to be enjoyed in a laidback surrounding.

During sunset hours, be tempted by Maya’s Burger, a milk bun with grass-fed beef patty, bacon, honey ham, grilled pineapple, jack cheese and BBQ sauce or, choose from the vibrant Nourishment Bowl and other wellness inspired vegan nourishment bowls. On Sunday mornings until noon, Maya’s Van will serve its Bali Brekkie Bowl of coconut yoghurt, moringa and fresh fruits, Bacon & Egg Roll or the Peanut Butter Oatmeal and handcrafted single origin coffee from Tanamera Coffee, perfect for kick-starting a day full of self-care.

“Cutting edge Restaurant & Bar programming plays a big part in Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants across the world. Maya’s Van is part of our ramp up towards the opening of our first Kimpton resort in Indonesia, slated for Q1 2022,” General Manager of Kimpton Naranta Bali, Simon Dornan shared.

“Every Kimpton restaurant and bar are created independent from the hotel, providing a space that is warm, welcoming and inspiring with incredible cuisine and forward-thinking cocktails. We will focus on incorporating local elements into the restaurant experience – from décor to sourcing ingredients and trends reflective of our location. Each of our five restaurants and bars will introduce original concepts, from wholesome cuisine to craft cocktails, to the décor and ambiance, and create a truly immersive experience for our guests,” Matthew McCool, Director of Culinary and Food & Beverage, added.

Catch Maya’s Van at weekends this December, as they travel around the island at some of Bali’s most vibrant beach spots. Through this series of pop-ups, guests will get a taste of the all-day feel-good cuisine from Maya’s Pantry when Kimpton Naranta Bali opens next year.

Schedule for Maya’s Van:

Friday, 10 to Sunday, 12 December at Sugarsand, Hotel Indigo Seminyak Bali Beach

Friday, 17 to Sunday, 19 December at Nusa Dua Beach

Sunday, 26 December at Batu Bolong Beach (in front of Old Man’s), 8 am to 9 pm
