On Tuesday, 24th December 2019, the award-winning culinary team from Sangkar Restaurant will curate a five-course menu, available for lunch and dinner on Christmas Day. The menu will include traditional Christmas delights such as roasted turkey and plum pudding.
Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin will showcase a six-course menu using creative interpretations of classic Italian cuisine blended with local, organic ingredients paired with refined techniques. The
the exclusive menu comprises of lavish dishes such as lobster textures, roasted potato ravioli with
black truffle and Japanese beef.
On New Year’s Eve, a tasting menu of six-courses will be served in the elegant setting at Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin. Irresistible feasts with finest ingredients such as crab salad, cold spaghetti with caviar and Japanese beef with black truffle will be the highlight for the special evening.
For those looking for an extravagant indulgence, the celebration begins with festivities for the
New Year. It starts with aperitivo at Il Bar and is followed by a six-course gala dinner at Sangkar
Restaurant along with live music performance. The celebratory champagne toast and
countdown will take place at Il Bar, overlooking the Indian Ocean.
